Shipping Policy

Marmoris provides worldwide shipping with both Economy and Express delivery options available at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Please note that shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional destination country fees. Customers are fully responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or import duties required by their local authorities.

Thailand Same-Day Express Delivery

Same-day express delivery is available for orders within 15 km of our warehouse in Bangkok.

Please note that the cut-off time for same-day delivery is 1:00 PM (Thailand time). Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on the following day.

Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the delivery distance and will be shown during checkout.

Availability, delivery conditions, and service areas are subject to change without prior notice.


Hotel & Resort Deliveries

For deliveries to hotels, resorts, condominiums, or serviced apartments, please provide the following information clearly:

  • Full guest name
  • Room number
  • Building / tower / unit number (if applicable)
  • Local Thai phone number or hotel contact number

Please note that deliveries will be made to the lobby or reception area only.

If the driver is unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information, unavailable recipient, or failure to receive the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, any additional same-day delivery fees will not be refunded.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During promotional periods, holidays, product launches, or peak shipping periods, processing times may take longer than usual.


Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional local fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon arrival if required by local customs authorities.

Marmoris is not responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, delays caused by customs clearance, or additional fees imposed by destination countries.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Marmoris is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
