Exchange & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
If an item becomes unavailable due to stock discrepancies, system errors, or inventory issues, Marmoris reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 5 working days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Items must show no visible signs of wear or damage
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges
- Exchange requests must be approved before sending items back
- Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours after purchase.
Once the order has entered our warehouse processing or shipping system, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.
